Our Teams
At MaCSure Support, we believe that behind every happy service user and family, there is a team of dedicated staff thriving to provide the best services around. To ensure this, we employ rigorous recruitment exercises to ensure that we bring onboard dedicated people with service users at heart. We also acknowledge that providing care services is a personal service that not only require education and skill but love for the job and also love for people. For this reason, we demand from our recruits characteristics that show compassion, patience and tolerance right from the recruitment process.
After bringing new people on board, we expose them to a number of mandatory training and professional development trainings to ensure that they are update with laws and regulation for them to provide high standard care services.
We also assign key workers to every service that we get, we assign shift leaders, care coordinators and compliance officers to ensure that every query is attended to on time. We demand our staff to take responsibility for their actions, recognize organisational goals, team work and diversity. These are values that we expect our staff to show as they carry out their duties.
